How To Reduce Mental Stress Nowadays

As in my previous post i told you guys about factors of mental stress . In this post I am gonna highlight few ways of reducing it.
Mental Stress Reducing Technique's :-
As many people dont know that mental stress is usually because of staying lonely and not sharing your feelings with others , Because of it the person start taking heaps of tensions about many things which will be decreased to a certain level if he just share his feelings.The person thinks nobody can solve his problems but actually its just a mental block which he has . Many problems could be solved comfortably if he just tell his friends or family.Nowadays many people has the same mental block which is mentioned above.This was the first way of reducing stress. Now the second way is which I call The Positive Thinking Way in this way we always take everything positively , if something bad happens you think that it could have been worse and you should thank God that he has saved you from the worst. In this way nothing can ever break you . You will start enjoying life . The way of living will be changed because of this way and i recommened all of you to atleast try it in your life and see how your tensions will start decreasing..
