Hi guys as you know my name is Khawaja Awais and I am a student.In my every post I try to tell you different facts and today I am going to discuss an interesting one which is Our Dreams.Its not the dreams we see with eyes open its dreams which we see when we go to sleep (Note:-If you want to really want to know some interesting facts and things must read the whole post) Now I come to my topic which is:-

1. You Forget 90% of Your Dreams

According to some recent surveys it is founded out that most of the people forget their 90% of dream after 5-10 minutes of waking up.

2. Blind People also Dream

People who become blind after birth can see images in their dreams. People who are born blind do not see any images, but have dreams involving their other senses of sound, smell, touch and emotion.

3. Everybody Dreams

Every human being dream except in cases of mental disorder.If you think you don't dream it is not true you are just forgetting your dreams.

4. In Our Dreams We Only See Faces That We already Know

Our mind don't invent faces.In our dreams we see real faces of real people that we have seen during our life but may not know or remember. We all have seen hundreds of thousands of faces throughout our lives, so we have an endless supply of characters for our brain to utilize during our dreams.

7. Negative Emotions in Dreams

Negative emotions are more common than positive ones in our dreams. We usually see dreams about negative stuff.

According to recent surveys done on many different animals show the same brain waves during dreaming sleep as humans. Watch a dog sleeping sometime, The paws move like they are running and they make yipping sounds as if they are chasing something in a dream.

It is founded out that our body is paralyzed during sleep we cant move our body as we like while dreaming.

This means that sometimes in our dreams we hear a sound from reality and incorporate it in a way. For example you may be dreaming that you are in a concert when your brother is playing a guitar near you during your sleep.

12. Men and Women Dream Differently

Men tend to dream more about other men. Around 70% of the characters in a man’s dream are other men. On the other hand, a woman’s dream contains almost an equal number of men and women. Aside from that, men generally have more aggressive emotions in their dreams than the female.
